I'm jealous - that was on my list to play, but unfortunately I'm back home now

On a side note, my wife and I had a good laugh. We were heading home from GolfSmith one of your first days in Orlando driving down the I-4 with the GPS running. We were discussing which courses we should play. All of a sudden the GPS points us to exit the I-4, tells us to turn right, takes us right into Championsgate, asks us to pull a U-Turn in front of the golf course, then puts us back out on the I-4 towards the next exit which was ours.

It had to be telling us something... probably would have been my first sub-80 round... but I guess we'll never know.

Some buds just got back from Olando, they played CG last week and were disappointed with the condition ...

Champions Gate was not in good condition. Layout was decent. Wouldn't play it again for $135.

But at $60 it maybe worth it.

    Champions Gate concerns

There is two courses at Champions gate, would suggest if you have the choice to play either one make sure its the international.
The National which we played was alittle rough around the greens, thought fairways and greens were fine.
Golf shop was awesome but the club house stopped serving food at 5pm for some reason.
Orange County National much better bang for your buck
