having been to Mumbai 3x & I can really dig this video , it really captures the spirit of the Indian people. I can appreciate the ingenuity in setting up the 3 hole track in he middle of a shanty town. I also applaude Anil for chasing his dream.

I was actually lucky enough to play golf at the Royal Bombay several years back , I believe it is closed now, it was a sureal experience. In fact we had a caddy who had a bloody bandaged head after getting drilled in the head by a ball earlier in the day. His job was primarily as a spotter , to retieve balls from thick brush so we could avoid snake or animal bite and to chase the local kids off the course ( they would run on to the fairway and steal your balls , first time it happend was pretty funny ).
There were actually two holes where the course actually abutted shantys and any hook , push , slice could result in a bounce off a metal roof. In fact on the next hole there were 2 kids selling balls, likely errant shots from the previous hole.

Thx for posting the video Mr.Chi , brings back lots of good memories

Great video MR. Chi.Very inspiring.Thank you for posting. Kind of an eye opener for us here who have it made and complain about poor greens and rough fairways. Also like the ¨Custom made clubs¨they were using.

Mr. Cleek - thanks for sharing your Mumbai story as well! I've never been, but I'm glad someone could give us a real-life perspective
