    Which training tool is better? Speed stik or the Momentus Swing trainer?

    I can't speak to the Speed Stick, but I recently purchased a Momentus Swing Trainer and I would give it the thumbs up. It will help your swing and your distance. What more can one ask for. However, you cannot hit balls with it.
