Question in Honour of Luke Donald

OK, so in honour of Donald's excellent feat of topping both the PGA and European Tour money lists, which was based sqaurely on his fantastic short game, here is my question:

What is your longest streak of holes without 3 putting?

Luke Donald: 449
Goochy: 26

It's not a stat that I pay much attention to, but I'm going to say I've gone at least a few consecutive rounds without a 3-putt. Of the 41 "hole-by-hole" scores that I posted for my handicap, I've 3-putted 4% of them... so, 1 every 25 holes on average.

If I get really desperate for something golf-related to do over the next several months, which is quite likely, I'll dig out my 2011 scorecards.

For what it's worth, most of my 3-putts aren't the fault of my putting, but rather the shot that put me in a bad position from which to putt. I never really mind 3-putting a long or difficult putt.

1) Bogeying a par 5
2) Three putting
3) Double bogeys

i thought i saw a stat somewhere that had his streak at almost 700 holes? Might have been some sort of combined stat between the 2 tours or something?
