True Strike Mat and others
Hello to all
I'm currently looking at buying a hitting mat in Europe, to be used with my brand new Zelocity tracker received last week (and not tested yet, bubba )
It seems to be more expensive than in the US or Canada.
I have the opportunity to buy a second hand full size golf practice net and true strike mat :

I read a lot of post about mats in our great forum and would like that you give me your feedback and advises about the above true strike mat (I will pay 350EUR for both the net and the mat)...or eventually about an affordable and good quality mat I could find in Europe (France ideally)
Here is what stroke my attention (but very expensive to be shipped to France) :

Thanks in advance

Patrice have you thought about the divot action mat http://www.thegolfsale.com/the_first...ke_grass__.htm? I am looking forward to your Zelocity review.

Anybody looking for a hitting mat should try and get there hands on a Derone mat.
www.derone.com. They are in CA. (maybe they will ship int.) I have recently been taking some lessons at an indoor range and thats what they use. These are the softest most forgiving mats that I have ever stepped on or hit off of. I'm sure they are pricey but worth it. I'm going to buy one when I get my GC2Last edited by tahosrfr; 11-23-2011 at 03:29 PM.

Just a little update on the Derone mat I was speaking of. I got off the phone with owner. He says the particular mat I was using is the called the Champion. Its 5 by 5 with taller turf, although I didnt realize at the time how tall the turf actually is because it's very dense. But when you take a divot it's buttery . Cost is $330. I think thats an awesome deal!
