its a start though it tells us who is doing things well. What we need is something that tells the courses what they are doing poorly.

When comparing US vs. local service levels, you have to take into account the tipping customs in each country. When was the last time you tipped the bag boys at the Marshes, or the shuttle girls at Loch March? In the states a tip is expected, that's why they can hire so many people for next to nothing - they make their living off of tips.

Bingo. I personally don't want so many $2 services as I make my way to and from my car. Kinda feels like driving by the squeegie kids.
