    Cool Hey Ottawa Golf!

    Hi guys,

    My name is Serge Deschamps and I've been a golf addict/tinkerer/mad scientist for the past 10 years. I run a one man putter making business called Deschamps Putters. Some of you may have seen me in Flagstick.
