.355 taper tip shaft into Ping i5 iron heads
I'm trying to figure out why reshafting my Ping i5 doesn't work...I bought some Rifle Project X 6.0 and some Ping i5 heads and after two try of reshafting the heads, it still doesn't work...
The head of the irons are a bit loose, but the shaft is .355 and the specs for Ping i5 are also .355.
Anybody ran into the same problem before? Any solutions?

So, you are not actually re shafting, because you are not pulling any shafts because if you did, you could have measured the tip diameter of the pulls to compare them to the PX's.
Sounds to me like ya got some knock off heads with .370 hosels.
Check and see if a .370 shaft will fit.

Got them verified by Ping...no knock off...
But I saw on the other websiteS that Pings often needs shafting beads when they get reshafted...
