Almonte golf recommendations
Will be in the area in early September, any course recommendations in the area would be appreciated. thanks - Bosco

You have a good selection all within 15 minutes:
Mississippi
Greensmere
Pakenham
Glen Mar
Canadian

If you only have time for one round and don't want to venture too far I would recommend Loch March.

You can also play Arnprior---Cobden or Renfrew Damm---I'm moving west
Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

Bosco ,
Loch March is very walkable , keep an eye out for other posts on this course.
They have had a bug issue this year , I would expect that to be not so bad in Sept but keep an eye out.
or bang for the buck I'd suggest Mississippi. Check for driving directions first if you're from out of town , they are working on the highway and you need to take the Ashton exit and then the side road vs. hwy7 and Appleton exit. Course is in primo shape.
