    Customer Service

    Four of us traveled to Perth GC today, with 2 coupons that I bought from WagJag. Well, it seems that I didn't read the coupons very carefully; they were for FRi, Sat, or Sun, after 11:30! Oops!

    "No problem" says the pro shop "We'll look after you" and they honoured the coupons! Now that is customer service! Other clubs could learn a lot from these guys! We'll be back for sure!

    Wow - coupons for weekends only? I think because of the Red Book and most other promotions we've been conditioned to believe that any coupon is for anytime other than weekends. Good on Perth for their stance on this today. I always liked that place and its staff!

    Westminster Trails in London gave each member the option to take a guest golfing free on the long weekend in August. That is customer service.

    That's not customer service, that's smart marketing in an attempt to hopefully hook some new members. Nice idea though.
