    Personal Best Hour of Golf

    I started the back nine at Rivermead yesterday, birdie, birdie, par, birdie, birdie and shot 42-37 = 79. (I have never been the most consistent golfer).

    Congrats! That must have felt good. Did you feel like you were in the 'zone' as they say, or not thinking about it much, or really concentrating hard, etc.??

    I was helping two guests around the course who had never played it before so really wasn't thinking about my game too much. I really haven't had a chance to play much this year so I was just grateful to be out golfing with friends and without rain.

    You were -4 on the back after 14 and went 5 over on the last few holes?? Nooooo!!!
    15-17 is one of the easier stretches! (18 I have definitely doubled a few times . . .)

    Yeah. Painful isn't it? I'm better at Match Play than Stroke play.
