    Adams Speedline F11 fairway woods

    I have the driver in this series and really like it, but I was wondering if anybody has, or has tried, the fairway woods. I would really appreciate feed back on the fairway woods, three and five.

    I tried the 3 wood and really didn't like it. Didn't feel solid to me. The face is slightly closed which made me hook the ball sometimes. Distance was not great. Overall I was disappointed. It was nowhere near the caliber of my tour edge exotics xcg3.

    I really didn't like any of the Adams lineup so if you like the driver you may like the 3 wood. I did not and put many other clubs above this one.

    I also tried the 3 wood and was expecting a lot more from it. I had read a lot about the extra yrds and was expecting more than my Wishon.Compared to the other clubs I hit that day to compare,it did not stand out. Just my opinion and I am sure its a great club for the right person. Go to GolfTown and compare with some other 3 woods.

    Compared it directly with a Titleist 909 F2 Diamana R, R9 (stock TP regular shaft) and Cobra Speed Pro X/ST Speeder R at a range a few nights ago.

    There were different shafts (The ADAMS has the VooDoo R) but;
    Distance the same. Higher ball flight off the deck and tee than the titleist (that is what the club designers saidit should do). Sets up the same as the Titleist. More open than the Cobra. R9 was set up open and looked pretty similar.
    Felt very good and easy to hit.
    By my eye it looks like a little more buldge & roll on the Adams so a little less workability.

    I liked it quite a bit and it would be a tie with the titleist.

    Woul rate it ADAMS and Titleist then Cobra and the R9 a distant 4th

    As mentioned before try it for yourself, I have been pleasantly pleased by the ADAMs line of clubs.
