Computer w/ touchscreen..is this enough??

Probably not that well. The computer specs are OK except for the graphics card. It might run DD software but you'd probably have to have it in super low resolution with all the details turned all the way down.

I also looked at these... not sure how well it would work. I don't know anything about video cards or computers.

I bought a touch screen computer for my wife which have an Amd Athlon X2 and a Ati HD 3200 which are comparable to the first computer you put out, I think?
It ran the Optishot software in 1600 X 900 with out problems now I am not sure what kind of details I had on but it look pretty good.
