    Thumbs up Calabogie / Pakenham opening

    Calabogie may be open for the weekend of March 15 (optimistic) and (probably) by March 21 at the latest. Pakenham should follow approx 10 days later. Of course that is if mother nature co-operates

    A buddy was invited to play Calabogie last Sat. One of the owners brought two foursome up to play, my friend declined because he was playing in the Cleaners game at Golf-o-Max that night.

    Hehehe It ain't over till they actually open. I got that fax on Saturday, when it was 15 degrees outside. There won't be much melting this week I am affraid.

    Cool Calabogie/Pakenham

    You guys had the days on track until this snow came.
    HI I am Steve, I have spent the past ten years at Mountain Creek, yes the course with the greens, and this year i am the Super at Pakenham highlands..i have played 9 holes already but now the snow has us back in doors.. With the warmth forecasted this week we should be coming to an opening soon..
    I will keep you posted....
    and yes Calabogie's owner did play with some buddies...
    no snow at all on 17 holes b4 mother nature turned mean..
    Have a good weekend..and lets keep our fingers crossed for some warm rain.
