Fuji Speeder pure'd. Heavier shaft and just stupid good in a 9.5 head set up. I'm still looking for another Speeder regular.

Two come to mind. The GD AD DI-7S in my Nike Sasquatch Tour Spec driver and an Accra M4 in an Ignite 460 I had a few years ago.

I've read alot of reviews on this and would love to try one out. People seem to love it or hate it. I guess its has a very different feel from typical shafts.
Also from from clubfitters point of view I would really like to see this thing in action with different swing speeds and how numbers compare.

I'll add another shaft to the list. Not the best I've ever played, but really good. Arthur Xtreme Engineering Tour shafts. Driver shaft is pretty solid and can take anything I can give it. Hit some bombs and this is with a lesser known component head. Not too sure about the fwy shafts yet, as I have yet to find a fwy head I'm comfortable with. I will say one thing, the hybrids shafts matched with Integra Heater hybrid heads are golden. Easily the best combo for a hybrid I've ever played. These will not be going anywhere for a while.

I have an Arthur Extreme in my Wishon 919 THI Driver and I was wondering how good the hybrid shafts were. I will be putting an Arthur Extreme in my Adams hybrid, the stock shaft is crap.

I can't comment on the regular (red and silver graphics) shafts. I am using the black tour model.

As the supreme shaft ho that I am, I have played both the Tour and non-tour AXE shafts. Right now I have:

Driver #1: Tour-6 in a 2011 model Wishon 919. This is the gamer
    Driver #2: Non-Tour 5 in a pre-2011 Wishon 919. This is the backup
    4W: Non-tour FWY shaft
2-hybrid: Non-tour FWY shaft. My hybrids take .335 shafts which is why I am using this shaft and not the hybrid shaft.

All of these are very solid clubs. I have a non-Tour 7 that was in Driver #1 that I swapped out for the Tour-6 because I wanted to try the Tour-6.
Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

I've been having a hard time hitting my R11 stock regular shaft so I went to golfsmith and ordered two new ones.

I would have used Golfworks but their prices were stupid. I ordered a Grafalloy ProLaunch Blue (stiff - 55 grams) and a UST Mamiya V2 Pro (stiff 68 grams).

Why did I order two do you ask? Because the UST was $14.00. Seriously...I got both of those drivers, the grip I like and the adapter for R11 drivers for $102.00 total.

The prolaunch blue would have cost me $120.00 at GW. Dumb prices.

    The rotation....
Combo #1 - 905R 9.5* with Accuflex Icon. My favourite combination ever! This will never leave me.
Combo #2 - G10 10.5* with Fubuki Tour. Great shaft once you get used to it. Long and nearly as accurate as the Icon.

    The others...
Combo #3 - TiSi 8.5* with WRX installed Rifle steel 6.0 flighted. very accurate but not as long as the first 2.
Combo #4 - SQ Dymo 10.5* Str8 fit with AXE T6 (black/silver). Like the shaft but not so much the head....very powerful but also very loud.
Combo #5 - VR Pro 9.5* Str8 fit with stock Voodoo. (ordering an AXE SL white/red for this head). Again, just not sure about Nike driver heads though.

I played a round with an 8.5* Hibore XLS / Matrix XCon 7X at 44.5" and was impressed (no practise time on the range). The shaft felt great but it took a few drives to dial it in (slice, snap hook, hook, snap hook), then ten straight. Once I figured out my swing I came to appreciate this shaft. I'll have to take it to the range and try it against my other drivers. I want to try it in another head, too, because it hit a bit too high. I averaged acceptable distance with it, but with less roll than my 9* L4v / Accra SE80 combo. The XLS / XCon combo did produce reliable, predictable distance (nothing really short, but nothing sneaky long either - 20 yard variation in distance and about 15' left or right of where I was aiming).

Anyone here like the Matrix XCon 7? What's your experience with it?

Aldila NVS and the Graphite Design Tour AD YSQ work very well for me but my best set-up was the TM R7 425 with a Grafalloy Pro Launch Blue

Currently I'm in Attas T2 heaven. So smooth, long, and pinpoint accurate. I can't ever see needing another shaft.

I am cheap so i stick to the affordable range.

    I like the ust shafts.

Currently have then v2 at 96g in my driver and I am liking the ball flight.
Pretty big fan of the proforce gold as well.

The Fujikura Motore Speeder VC6.2 is for me the best shaft ever. It´s truly a "motor" for my swing.

Gonna have to say the V2 76g S or X flex. Had it in about 4-5 different drivers (905R, 905S, SMT DB455, 910 D3 that I can think of) and also had it in the woods and hybrids as well (85S version). Such a good shaft.

Agree 100% with the proforce V2 76 grams
Also the aldila Serrano performed in my case
    Both in stiff flex
I'm looking for the Serrano again this year because last time I checked it was in back order from Gworks

I took my dad to the Fujikura Fit-On studio as a retirement gift to have our drivers fitted. Quite simply, we left amazed at the results and never realized it was possible to see such improvements by being custom fitted with the correct shafts for our swings. You always hear that the shaft is the “engine of the club” and but I guess I never believed it or understood why.

The game changer for me was the Fuji Speeder Tour Spec line. Really optimized my spin and control due to my swing flaws ( over the top and outside - in )

I agree. I used the Whiteboard 73x and wanted tighter dispersion, lower launch and spin and tried the D+72, Ahina 70, Kiysohi Black 75 and finally stuck to the VC TS 7.2.

These are not listed on this somewhat outdated pole list but I'm loving the Oban shafts. I have a Oban Kiyoshi Purple in my 3 wood and just put a Oban Tour Limited in my driver.
