    Rained out - can I finish the round another day?

    Yesterday, I had just holed a birdie after knocking a PW to 8 feet on the 151 yard par 3 to bring me down to +2 through 11 holes. Then... the downpour began.

    Previously my best round was a 77 so this was possibly going to be my best round ever yesterday.

    Can I go back another day to complete the round for handicap purposes?

    Since it's less than 13 holes, I know I can enter it as a 9 hole score... but do I have to?

    If you can play two 9's on different days then I don't see why you can't play 11 and 7 on different days.

    I don't believe the handicap system has provision for entering 11 and 7 separately. Enter the first 9 as one 9 hole round and another 9 later. The system will sort it out. But have you got a course rating for the back 9?

    The RCGA does, yes. I've entered the front 9's score in my handicap and will return to play the other 9 later this week when the rain stops.

    I'll probably shoot a 55 on the back and never want to golf again. haha
