NEW! OttawaGolf Fantasy Golf Game

I have decided to make the trial period of our new Fantasy Golf Game open to the public. Colby found the test site early, and I hated to see him in there by himself, so let’s all test it together.

Scot Maga, the author of GStat Pro, www.gstatpro.com my all time favourite stats tracking software, has developed a new fantasy golf game which we are proud to offer free of charge to OttawaGolf visitors.

Beginning in April we will be giving away weekly prizes and at the end of the 2002 PGA season we will give away grand prizes to the top 5 Team "Owners".

Sign up now and we will reset the counters for our first event on April 4 The Bell South Classic.

We want to see how the game runs before we make it count, plus we want to have a good base of users by then too.

I too like the Gstat software. Simple for those who want it to be and very analysing for those who want to know more about their game.

I prefer to just track my handicap and index although I know some who like trakcing G.I.R. / putts and so on...

Fantasy Golf Game has been reset. Now with weekly prizes

Each week, the tournament scores for all golfers on a participant's weekly team will be added to determine that participant's score. The top ranking team from this week's event will win this weeks prize.

If more than one participant has the same score, the participant that entered the game earliest will win the tie, and the other player will be assigned the next lower rank.

Grand Prize
At the end of the 2002 PGA season we will give memberships in The OttawaGolf Club for 2003 to the top 5 Team "Owners".
