Selling on Duproprio and Notary reccommendation

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience selling on DuProprio? I just listed my property and the replies are pouring in, so I hope it will sell soon.

Has anyone had experience selling with them? Any advice you can give?
Also, I am in need of a Notary to close to deal, so if you have a reccommendation of one that would be great. Thanks!

Replies are pourring but you can count 9 curious for 1 real buyer who's got interest in your house and has the money.

By the way , the notary is at the buyer's choice just in case you didn't know

I bought with Duproprio, they were a very nice couple and it was an easy smooth sale...I am sure they saved a boat load of money on commission($). I thought the whole transaction went very well,albeit it all depends on the buyer and seller... if I ever sell, I will go that route as it didn't seem all that complicated...

Like chipandputt says, there may be some tire kickers out there, but there are tire kickers out there at open houses, model homes as well...
