Constructing an Enclosure

I started with a 3/8" 4x8 piece of osb. I framed it with trim strips and filled the center with left over carpet pad foam. I was originally just going to staple the foam pad to the sheet then cover with carpet. I then thought better of it since i wanted to be sure that the panels were perfectly uniform when i hung them on the wall and butted them together.
