Please help me choose a sim setup...
I am looking to setup a sim in my garage, ~10 ft ceilings, but I am amazed by the sheer volume of options available.
I would greatly appreciate some guidance as I try to navigate this decision making process. At this point I am looking at a sensor unit, mat and net and would love to balance accuracy with cost.
Thanks in advance for the information and help.

We neend more information from you. i.e. budget for the simulator and projector/monitor and what do you want to get out of it. The best band for the buck right now is the Optishot.

Well I just plan to use my laptop, or spare monitor to view the outputs at this point but my goal is to have a simulator that is accurate and informative enough to help me improve my game.
Approx $1000-$3000 is an estimate of my price range as I really want something that will supply me with the important metrics and feedback vital to practice and improvement.

That is quite a number of options, how do they stack up with each other? Pros and cons of each?

I would suggest you read up on some of these sims first and then ask specific questions. These questions have been asked before. Here are some suggested reading:

Thanks Zmaz and Bubba, I can easily see that both of you are extremely active and helpful members on this forum.
I took an opportunity to review some of the suggested threads and can certainly say I am somewhat overwhelmed, especially by the sheer amount of technical information and modifications for the GSA simulator. Before coming to this forum I had eliminated the Optishot due to a lack of realism and accuracy but was considering a p3pro with launch angle upgrade, but it seems that p3pro is not too well received on this forum.
At this point I am looking for something comprable to what the Vector Pro offers as far as information, and even considering purchasing one, but would prefer a simulator if the accuracy in data capture was comprable.

So I read through all of the links supplied and feel I have a better grasp on the offerings available, but still somewhat torn on what direction to take. Is it safe to assume that launch monitors like Vector Pro don't have a course simulation aspect to them?

Well that does add some credibility for sure, but after looking at their site, I am a bit confused as to the difference in offerings. What separates the PX2, PX3, MX, VX, ADX and so on?
I also thought from reading the sight that tracking launch angle was already in place.
Finally, you had mentioned some launch monitors 70jr that offered simulation as well, any specifics?
Thanks to everyone for the help.
