Ottawa Golf - Ryder Cup - Team Colours

Is there any desire for wearing the same golf shirts of the same colour during the Saturday and Sunday matches? If so, please indicate your colour preference in this poll.

I think it would be pretty cool to wear the same colors, as long as we plan it in advance, most of my golf gear is puma, so the colors are a little "out there" so I will need to go shopping before the event! lol

That's because what should have been a maximum of two choices is not the case. Elhoozel, who should have confined his haute couture talents to his own team, has voted for each colour.

It would appear that most players have different likes, so my inclination is not to designate any team colours. We are, after all, an independent lot so dictating team colours would be contrary to our very nature.

I voted green. But we are playing two days. So I still suggest two colors ...one for Sat and the other for Sun.

Green and gray are out for Sunday. Red, the colour representing strength, power and determination, is in as our shirt colour. As for Saturday, it's player's choice. Once the pairs are announced, I suspect that those teams will decide what, if any, their colours will be.

I will get the pairings out as soon as my computer is repaired. The HD is failing and has to be replaced immediately. Fortunately, I was able to save my Ryder Cup file. Once the Dell tech does his magic, I should be ready to go.

Worst case we can pick pairs like shinny hockey teams, just throw all the drivers into a pile and pick out two at a time.
