    54 holes at smugglers to start the week (although 1 was a scramble, so we wont count that). Lets see, between the 2 days, I think I had 7 (8, 12, 16 and 18 then 1, 8 and 16).

    Thanks, but when you actually break it down, it is a little less impressive. We played the whites, so... 8 and 16 were playing about 100 yards, 12 is a 240 yard par 4, 1 is a par 5 that i hit 8 iron into both days, and finally 18 was also reachable with a squirly hybrid.

    All things considered, smugglers is a pretty easy course to rack up some birdies on esp. from the whites!

    I'm playing like garbage and my handicap keeps ballooning, yet somehow I am generally getting a couple of birdies every round, it's so weird.
    2 today at Hautes Plaines, #4 chip-in, and #17.
    Almost had 3, hit the pin square on out of the bunker on #15 but it went a bit too fast

    3 birdies between last Friday and yesterday. Birdied 14 and 15 at Metcalfe on my way to a 78 last Friday and birdied 5 on the Metcalfe 9 hole course last night, going around in 37.

    Well todays round was very exciting for myself. I purchased a new glove and I seem to have my feel and control back. Even though I double bogie the 17th and bogie the 18th I still managed a 78 today from the whites at Equinelle. I had lots of birdie opportunities today but managed 1 Eagle.
    Hole 11 tee shot goes into the bunkers on the right, and 7 iron on to the green, then my only 1 putt of the day from about 12 feet!!

    Got shut out in the morning round so had to back out for the afternoon and am I glad I did. The weather turned around and it was actually pretty nice outside.
