Crazy, just calculated my scorecard from yesterday and realized I shot 82. I didn't think that I played that well, thought I shot 87 or 88! How did we lose 7 & 5?!

Anyway, time to focus on John for Friday!

I'm glad we played you yesterday...got the go ahead today to see if the magic was still there...ended up shooting 91 at Stonebridge. 79 one day and 91 the next...golf can be funny sometimes

John wins 3 & 2 after slow rolling his putt on 16 and giving me hope. I've never wanted rain so bad in my life as I did today. I blew up on 10-13, and the rest of the match we played all-square. I also managed to keep up with Jordan's 4wd all day, so that made me happy

Great match Jordan and thanks for the company Hoolio and WkndWarrior. Hoolio, post when you get home so we know you didn't end belly up in a water hazard.

There's nothing better than watching a 6'6" guy hit a 4wd that looks like it was built by US Kids Golf, 240 yards.

Congrats Jordan, come on Eagle Creek as to be the best matchplay course, I swear I dont play it as often as I should. Loch March would be fun, lets figure something in the next week or two, and if you wanna play Hautes Plaines some night this week let me know

Thanks man, looking forward to the grand finale! I'll ponder EC but it's a bit out of my price range during peak hours. I'm away at the cottage as of Wednesday this week back the following Thursday or Friday and we'll go from there to get this thing in!

Thanks for the round guys. Tried to put up a fight but I got a taste of my own medicine...i shot one of my best rounds in the previous match to win and today Shane must of had one of his better rounds with 3 birdies to shoot an 80 or 81 during this match...wow

Hey all,

Thanks to the Banana Boys for a good round. The course was decent and the heat was tolerable and I have to admit...Today was my finest round ever played by me. I did the math when I got home and when you factor in ESC, I shot 79 (gross 82) with 3 triple bogeys...which is light years ahead of anything I have ever shot.

The putter was really hot today. 29 putts, 8 FIR, 10 GIR.... 3 birdies didnt hurt either and I left a 4th birdie about 5 inches short...

AND FOR DENISO --> I came up about 18 inches short of another ACE so dont think I was picking only on you HAHAHAHHA!! We can have an unofficial rematch anytime you like....


And last but not least....Big THANK YOU to Matt...Thanks for taking me on as a partner...You sure are fun to golf with...We still need to get out for refreshments in the next few weeks...I think you owe me just one if I recall

Thanks for the game boys.. I left Terry out there on the first hole by showing up late..when the wife said she needed the car for errants, championship match is second priority right? So from the get go we were 2 down after 2. We calmed down a bit and managed to par 9 of the next 11 holes. all that got the team to.. you guessed it.. still 2 down! then we ran out of gas and out of holes. Great playing by Shane, you were long and accurate all day . Maybe next year we'll get strokes from you. It was a fun tournament. Big thanks to the organizers and Terry for great job with all the bookings!

We've had a hard time getting it together and have brought it down to the wire but we are finally getting out this Sunday morning at Stonebridge.

sorry Ive been on a steroid plan for the last month to make sure I can keep up with Jordan's 280yd 4 wood, I will also be playing a 60 inch driver just to make sure I keep up.

After a really enjoyable 18 holes with Habsfan at SB this morning i closed him out 3&2, seems like 16 is my lucky hole! We both had our ups and downs but it was a great time and I would get out with him again anytime! Thanks to all the participants and Dan for the prize. Bring on the East!

Finally played with this beast of a man that is somehow able to shoot some stick, this guys got some serious game, hits irons like I ve never seen anyone hit, hits his hybrid as long as my driver, tried to hang in there with him today butt my putting and driver were quite weak to say the least. Jordan missed a couple shots, but I was right behind him missing mine. Jordan took me down 3&2, but really couldn't care, I would play with this guy everyday, congrats again buddy, we have to get out again. Stonebridge was in great shape by the way.
