    Golf fitness workshop

    Hello all, just thought i would mention the posting for Jen Hick's fitness workshop coming up. Took the program last spring and thought it was awesome, she is very good and the price is crazy cheap for what you get. Cheers..

    Here's a little more info on the workshop; It starts on Mar.20, and runs for 3 consecutive Sunday's, it takes place at Heritage Fitness in Carleton Place (613-253-2112) and the cost is $60. Check it out, well worth your time. Cheers..
