Matrix HD 60g shaft mid-low launch shaft???

Can anyone tell me information about the shaft that came with my Adams Speedline Fast 10 driver; the Matrix HD 60g shaft mid-low launch shaft??

I know it is 60 grams and 46.125 inches long and in some reviews I have read it is supposed to be a mid-low launch shaft. Mid to Low launch is perfect for my swing.
Any new information would be good. I may call Matrix and ask them for information.

I found this on golfwrx.com:
I called customer service and was told that the HDA 60 is 3.4 torque and mid flight.

I also called Adams Customer Service today was told pretty much the same information as the golfwrx guy above.
Can someone explain the torque number to me in lay mans terms?
Forgive my ignorance, I know what torque is, but not in relation to golf shafts.
