I just had a look at the new R11 Taylormade driver, very impressed!
A very square look with some interesting head settings.I am going to hit in the sim tomorrow and let you know how it feels, it will be on the floor Feb 4 at our shop.

OK, I just finished hitting this thing. It is the first diver I have hit in a long time where it actually is living up to the hype!
I hit 18 drives into our flightscope and adjusted the club 3 time with excelent results, and quite a difference on flight in each different setting.
For you who don't know, Taylormade has changed the both the shaft settings from the standard N,L,R,Nu postions to Standard loft, Higher and Longer. Each setting is quite different and produces very different results. For example the higher setting increased my ball flight by 2.5 degrees. Also the face angle is now controled by a sole weight well back of the face and after adjustment, each setting produced dramatic results from left to right.
I have been an Adams guy for a while, but Taylormade has really got my attention with this new club.
It will be on the market February 4th 2011, come by I would be glad to let take it for a spin.

I'm very curious to hit the R11 and the Superfast 2.0 even though I just got a 9064LS. Hitting drivers is just to much fun.

Just looking to replace my FT9 with a new driver--looking for any suggestions--I had my heart set on last years Superfast but my swingspeed is avering 115mph with it and popping the ball up. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am an 8 hdcp

    Thanks
