Optishot Offsets
I am trying to set the offset on my clubs and the specs say 6.3 mm , but when i put 6.3 in the club it threw it all off . What did i do wrong please help . Thanks

I sent DancinDogg this question a few months ago and they replied back.
The replied with:
Customizing your Taylormade clubs should definitely make a big difference based on your results. Also, you are correct that if your club specifications state a .0181 degree than the offset entered in the software should be 1.81 as that is the actual degree of the hosel (moving the decimal point over 2 will give you this number).
So take your offset, convert from mm to inches using google, then multiply by 10.
6.3mm = 0.24804 inches
offset = 2.48
Give that a try, and maybe shoot their support an email if it still doesn't work. I'm not sure why they don't have this right in their documentation, or built into the club data screen.

Ok cool i will try that outt , another question is how would i find out if there are any offsets on my hybrid clubs or my wood . thanks

I tried the x10 thing it through them way off but i did do the mm to inches (.178 example. ) and it seems to work ok . Is that right ? My driver is sent 2 degrees so it will draw , how would i get my offset number for that club . I put 1.0 in and it seemed to hit really good. Please help Thanks .

woow I know i have not used my optishot much but i swear did not know u could do that in optishot.....just where would 1 make this adjustment??

im trying to find the ofset for my tommy armour torch irons and hybrids they wont email me back and ive tried all over the internet....... how can i measure the offset my self? thanks guys

That looks like they're taking the offset in degrees and multiplying by 10, not the offset in mm's.
