How did everyone make out over Christmas?

Personally it was very good for me.

Wife got me a new set of Nike Ignite 2 irons (I had actually picked them out a month before)for Christmas and I received a sleeve of ProV1s from a relative.

I also managed to pick up a crap load of stuff on sale between Boxing Day and New Years, including a Nike VR hat ($10 at Golf Town, regular $29), a Nike VR towel ($10 at Golf Town no clue regular price), 2 Nike gloves ($5 each at Golf Town no clue regular price) and a pair of Nike golf shoes ($65 at Golf Town regular $129).

As much as I do love the snow I find myself anticipating spring much more this year than in the past

I bought myself a used set of KZG Evolutions 3-pw and an air compressor for grip installs. My girlfriend would rather walk over a bed of hot coals than buy me any golf clubs.

no real golf stuff to speak of. I buy online or used so it's tough to get anyone to buy me stuff!

I got about 4000 new golf shirts and a GT cert that I've already used to buy my son some new golf clubs. They are for him, but they are also very much for me. If he wants to play golf, that will mean I get to play a lot more.

4000? Wow!! So during the rest of our lifetime we can fully expect to never see you in the same golf shirt....ever.....again!

Alright, maybe 3000, and most of them are ugly too so I'll probably just rotate 2 or 3.

My sister was at the event , and was fortunate to meet both players during one of the practice days . The fact that i'm originally form Northern Ireland makes it that much more of a deal to me , i was gob-smacked when i opened the gift on christmas day

That is a sweet score, Will.

I recall a Christmas a few years ago where my dad got a signed Mike Weir Masters hat. I was shocked to see him wear it completely out. I guess you either put it in a display case, or wear it. I think the display case option suits better.
