p3proswing launch angle problem

I''d problem with my launch angle in course game. When I set my grass height from 0 to 1 inch ,the red line on launch angle window move underneath the ball instead of above the ball.Even when I change it to 2 inch it will go further down.
I had try to changed my sensor pad ( I bought 1 unit from Cory within last year and 1 unit in Indonesia ) but it still goes like that. Anyone having problem like me? I will attached some pic of it later on my next post.

The launch markers do change between the driving range and the 2 courses. If you adjust he tee heights for the driver then you need to adjust for the irons and grass shots. Once adjusted they should line up with the teed shots vs iron/grass shots. Like I said though when I go from the driving range to the game you have to adjust the height of the cam to match.

I have upload the pic, Isn't it supposed the red line above the ball if I change the grass height to 1"?

I had a problem with the launch angle setting. I had attached some pic of it. The first file is if I set 1/2" grass height and the second pic if I set to 1". Is it suppose the red launch angle line move above the ball instead of below the ball if I rise the grass height?

Yes it is. not sure why it would go down. Now are you looking at the same club with those pics? ie is it both drivers or is one driver and the other an iron?

It only happens on Grass Height and thus is a bug in the software. It's been reported to the programmer.
