Shaft Tip weights coming loose

I Have tip weights in my irons to bring the swing weight back up after the Grinding that was done to them. Anyways I changed shafts and put them in the new shafts, but i had to remove the club head twice this year to reglue them in place, not sure why they keep coming loose

The tip weights stop might have become smaller when reshafting. Just ram a cork in there and that will fix the problem.
