As we teed off on 18 today, one of our threesome said “well – I guess this is the last drive this year”
So sad but likely true

Done for me. I have cleaned my clubs (for the second time!) and they are now in the basement.

Played both Saturday and Sunday though which was a bonus for the time of year.

Yup, we're officially 'parked' for the winter. Two rounds over the course of the weekend confirmed for me that I better quite on the 'upbeat'. Don't want to chance having bad memories all winter long...lol

Going to head to Greensmere in roughly an hour , flying solo right now if anyone would like to join PM me.

I was there last week and it's still in excellent shape!

Greensmere was 10/10 condition-wise. Finished in 3.5 hours.

It was a great day to play, weather great and Arnprior course in great shape (NO LEAVES) @ this time of the year for 1 great price. It was fairly busy but managed a round in 3hr & 20 min. played with a member who's end of year tradition is to hit a ball at the old water tank just off the 18th tee box, sad to say all 3 of us missed it.
