queston about the center ice package rogers

i am enjoying the free preview of centre ice with rogers right now, and thinking of getting the package, but from what i see, is it all in SD? not in HD? like the game tonight i am watching on CH 455 and it is in SD, is this always the case? or is it about the feed they can get? i don;t see any centre ice channels listed in the 500s where all the other HD channels are

The Rogers NHL Centre Ice taps the services of the local broadcasting station from wherever the game is being played. Sometimes it is HD and other times it is not. Simply depends on who they've contracted with in the area in order to provide the feed.

thanks, so even though it is on channels in the 400s it will still show in HD if it is in HD from source? I was surprised the game today from the ACC was not in HD, i would have thought the always broadcast in that, but maybe as ti is LeafsTV?

I have actually found very few of the game broadcast in HD are received by Rogers in HD. However, for me its the love of the game. They could be in black and white and I really wouldn't care as long as I could get them...lol
