Camillo V moving grass?
I watched Camillo on a par 5 chip up a hill and have the ball roll back. The next time he chipped it rolled back again. While it was still rolling he was brushing some grass or part of a divot away with is club. It looked relatively close to his line. But even if it wasn't is this legal?

Rule 23-1
When a ball is in motion, a loose impediment that might influence the movement of the ball must not be removed.

“After viewing the tape with Slugger White this morning, it was clear what happened,” Villegas said. “While it is obviously a disappointing way to start the season, the rules are the rules. And when something like this happens, it’s important to me that you’re respectful of the game and the people involved.”
One classy young man.
