Roy Halladay Throws No-Hitter in Postseason Debut
Wow. What an outstanding performance by Halladay. Got to feel good for a guy that performed at a Hall-of-Fame level in Toronto, all the while knowing that it was very very doubtful that his team would make the playoffs each season, and never said a bad word about the organization, management, players, etc. A true professional. I hope the Phillies win the World Series and Halladay wins MVP.

Roy Halladay may have been the best Jay ever, certainly the classiest. He deserves every accolade he gets and I hope he wins it all this year.

Halladay no hitter
I used to be an avid baseball fan , grew up in Montreal and would attend ~ 40 games a year at both Jarry Park and the Big O. Have kind have fallen off the baseball band wagon the past few years, in fact I had not watched an entire game start to finsh all year except for tonight. Man that was an impressive performance !! I can't recall one hard hit ball other than a line drive out to RF by the Reds pitcher.

Wow was he ever dominate. I miss watching that delivery every day. That and I can not stand slow pitchers. He is a throw back...catch the ball, set and throw. I remember a few sub two hour classics with Bonderman (I think) where the two guys just stood up there, threw their best stuff and dared the hitters to try their best. What a fun guy to watch.
You miss 100% of the shots you don't take"-#99
