Hi Irish. I've been on the island for 17 years now. I've played both courses at Bear Mountain, not well, but I've played them. The mountain course is considerd the more challenging of the two. The valley course is more open but the greens are tricky. They usually close the mountain course in the winter due to frost. You may only be able to play the valley course in November. The price is a good deal as it includes cart with GPS, range balls and a bottle of water.

nice - we played last year in Jan a few times at the Goose? its a little par 3 whit goose everwhere - lol - i guess the name speaks for itself.

I also tried out a new one - it was just a nine - with the back opening this past summer - it had great elevation on all the tee boxes - cant rem the name of the course.

That would be Highland Pacific. The second 9 is open and it is awesome. This one is definitely worth a play too!

If you are interested, let me know when you are coming out and perhaps we could get together for a round if timing works out.
