    Question Smith's Falls

Can anyone give me an idea what this course is like? Is it worth the drive from Orleans? How does it compare to the other OG offerings... Top, Middle, Bottom? Thanks in advance.

It's been several years since I've played there, but as I recall, it was a solid old-fashioned tree-lined course.

I played there last weekend, the greens were some of the best I've putted on this year. My buddy is a member there so we often have a home and home. Nice mix of holes, try and play with a regular since there are some dog legs and blind shots. I'm also from Orleans and consider it worth the drive.
Another gem everyone should consider is the Renfrew GC. A lot of different shots there too.

More traditional style golf course , nice layout ( tree lined fairways ) and very nice shape this year . If I had to compare I'd say similar to Mississippi or Perth. It is also an easy walk. #16 is one of my favorite par 3's in the valley.
The staff is very friendly and accomodating , they normally have a bbq pit stop between 9 and 10 , worth a quick stop.

    Worth the trip

I find it one of the more challenging courses (traditional) within 40 minutes of Ottawa for the value. Played yesterday morning and despite some wet patches, it was in great shape and with the trees it is a beautiful course.
