-Say I plan to play after 2pm, the LM rate is $48 +tax = $54
-Let's say I play 2 rounds at LM. The normal rate would be a total of $108 incl taxes.
-If I buy the certificates for $80 (I heard taxes are included), it's worth $100.
-So for me to play 2 rounds at LM after 2pm would cost me $80 for the gift certificates, plus $8 difference.
-So 2 rounds at LM after 2pm costs $88 using the certificates. =$44.
If I play early mornings at LM it will cost more.

I am confused... It sounds like you pay $80 at Costco to get a $100 Gift Card for Loch March...
I am not sure how that translates to $44 per round tax incl on the weekend???
The rate at Loch March does not change. It is $70 + hst on weekend mornings = $79.10
A foursome costs $79.10 x 4 = $316.40 CASH
BUT
If you buy 3 gift cards at Costco, that costs you $240 (but equals $300 in LM $) so you would have to pay $16.40 in addition to the 3 gift cards.
Still doesn't seem like half price the weekend morning rate.

Checked out the LM deal at Costco today -- the way I read it you get $100 credit for what ever you choose. Looks to me after checking the LM web site that that could translate into 2 -- 18 hole games -- 1 after 2 PM during the week at $48 + tax & 1 after 4 PM either on the week-end or during the week at $40 + tax. Combined with tax ~ $99

I am playing Loch March this Friday morning at 8:00am. Is there any benefit to me in getting the deal from Costco?
Thanks.

Without gift certificates you'll pay $70+tax =$80 for the green fee.
If you buy the gc for $80 (no tax and which have $100 value) you'll have $20 left over to buy something at proshop or towards another green fee.

Went to costco on Innes, no more Loch March coupons, or none that we could see, instead they had the same deal ($80 for 100) for Outaouais in Rockland.
So we bought it and changed our tee time to out there haha.
