If you could golf just one more course, which would it be?
Let's say the big guy says your time is up but you can golf one last round. Where would you play? And yes, the big guy can cut ahead of any waiting list so don't try the Pebble waiting list .

St.Andrews - Old Course. I played it 5 times last year, and would play it everyday if I could. For sure it would be the place I play my last round......

The Ocean Course. I'd bring 3 dozen balls and try to break 120.

The Ocean Course isn't that hard. I shot an 86 there in March. It was only my second round of the year.
The caveat is if the wind starts blowing hard it can be a LOT harder. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

I have played it several times with friends while I was in the PGM program in Barrie in the late 90's. It is unbelievably tough. I think it has a rating of 75.8 and a slope of 147 from the tips. Just ridiculous. Well worthy of its #1 rating in Canada.
For me it would be Augusta National, hands down. My father's boss has played it, twice. This guy is connected up the wahzoo, I've seen the picture of him on the first tee to prove it. He told my Dad he could get us on, but after several phone calls it was a no go....no big surprise. He was able to get us a tee time at the private club right next door which apparently is no easy feat in and of itself. But for us it was the National or bust. He keeps telling me to keep my credit card ready for when we "get the call" but I suspect that will be as close as I ever get...rightfully so though. Gotta keep the mystique.

Augusta is a no-brainer, so I will say the Old Course at Ballybunion. Or Valderrama.

Make mine Augusta...I want to walk down the 18th with my hat in my hand waving to the trees...lol

I've played some great courses, Pebble and Bandon come to mind, have lots I've love to play - Augusta but for my last round I'd play the course back home in a small city in BC where I grew up. It's nice but nothing extraordinary and have probably only played it once or twice in the last 20 years but it's where I was born and raised and I still know every inch of that course. It would be peaceful, familiar and a nice sentimental round to end my golfing career.

I have to add one more to my list because Augusta is a no-brainer and shouldn't really count.
There is something about Old Head Golf Club in Ireland that is simply amazing. I really want to get to Ireland to play golf one of these days and playing Old Head is an absolute must for me when I get there.

This par-72 golf course sits right on the border of Kruger National Park, which overflows with wildlife. Its just another day on the course if golfers encounter elephants, giraffes, or zebras while making their way down the fairway.

I'd play Belgrade Lakes with my wife, sister and brother with a lobster feed to follow.
