Looking for a handy man special

I'm looking for someone to finish my basement and do some painting (scaffold required). The basement work would involve, putting up drywall, flooring, electrical work (new outlets) and a ceiling. Painting is required for open to below area wich is about 20 feet high.

I live in Rockland. Please let me know if you know somebody who would be able to do this work for a good price.
