Do they get to keep the draft choices that they obtained from the Vikings? If so, then they may be happy to have the mercurial Moss back in the fold.

Pats are 32nd in the waiver list. Every other NFL team would have to pass on Moss before the Pats get a chance to pick him up. Not gonna happen.

Moss wants out of Minny because Favre is too busy throwing picks and texting chicks.

The Patriots aren't going to lose any sleep over this. They already received what they were looking for in the trade.

    Fantasy Analysis

"Moss is expected to pass through waivers, where the other 31 teams in the league will have the chance to claim him. Teams who seem to have expressed interest so far include the Dolphins, Titans, Seahawks and Rams."

I think Miami makes a lot of sense. They can get inside info from Moss about the NE offense and after the game Miami can can cut him.

Then the Jets do the same.

    And the Bills.

    And the Packers.

    Etc.....

Whatever happens the Pats keeps the 3rd round draft choice...

If all the teams pass on Moss while on waiver wire... the Patriots being last won't claim him and sign him as a free agent while the Vikings pay most of his salary... I think it is a funny situation.....

I promise myself that I was not taking Dallas anymore... then the new coach came in, 14 points... and Dallas is the choice again...

They'll probably get the #1 seed in the NFC. Only New Orleans and Green Bay stand in the way of Atlanta winning the rest of their games.

    Fantasy Help..

I'm playing in a head-to-head fantasy pool, and at week 10, not a lot of room for mistakes. Any advice would be appreciated.

    RB
    Peyton Hillis against NYJ
    or
    Cedric Benson @ Indy

If I look at the stats, I would start Benson, however, he hasen't done much for me this year compared to Hillis.

    QB
    Brett Favre @ Chicago
    or
    Matt Cassel @ Denver
    or
    Sam Bradford @ SF

I was leaning towards Cassel, but now I'm not too sure. If I knew Favre would play the whole game I might start him. If the Rams would play home I think I'd start Bradford. Again, not sure at all.

    Thanks.

I would go with Hillis and Favre

Why do you think he (Favre) won't finish the game?

Thanks for the advice. For Favre, well mainly because of his health.

So my starting RBs for this week:

    Chris Johnson
    Peyton Hillis
    Jahvid Best

    So, Best or Benson now?

I like Best but since his injury (turf toe) early this year he has not scored a touchdown... but he is playing the lowly Bills...

You could easily go with Benson and not be wrong... he has 3 TD this year with 600 yards....

I'm no football player, but the ending of the Texans-Jaguars game was one of the most idiotic plays I've ever seen.

By trying to bat the ball down, you're giving an extra opportunity for someone to catch the ball. MAYBE if you slam the ball straight down into the ground it's a good play, but to hit it like he did was absolutely retarded.

I just heard the commentator say "he did what every coach tells their players to do." Well, every coach is an idiot, then. Catch the damn ball.

(Can you tell that I wanted another possession for the Texans cause I have Arian Foster? LOL)

If you attempt to catch the ball, there is a far greater possibility of tipping it up, keeping the ball and play alive. Players are taught to bat the ball down because there is a higher probability of ending the play. DBs are usually DBs because they didn't have the hands to be WRs.

I realize all of that, but this was so basic a catch. At least bat it DOWN and not sideways!
