    Ottawa Golf Newbie

    Hey everyone!

    Brand new to the site, but not new to the game! I was about an 8 handicap before injuring myself over the Easter holiday, now these screws in my ankle are hurting my scorecard... badly! (about a 20 handicap now).

    Looking forward to keeping up the physio and then giving IronMaiden or Nokids a run for their money =] (been following their thread)

    Welcome to the site. It is frequented by a wonderful group of golfers and wanna be golfers. As for the rising handicap and your ankle, don't despair. I know from personal experience that over time one's swing can be adjusted to accommodate most physical challenges.
