The dates for the 2010 Toronto Vs Ottawa Ryder cup at Trillium Woods in Belleville are as follows:

Saturday Sept 18:
8:15 AM:1st matches start: -

Quick lunch 15 min- eat off the Trillium menu or pack your own.

1 PM:2nd matches start:

Snacks at the club.
Dinner somewhere

Sunday Sept 19:
11:00 AM
singles matches


We may have a warm up round on the Friday either together or apart or both.

It was a brilliant weekend for golf in Belleville this past weekend. Too bad.

Enough of the rubbing in. I'm sure you guys had a good weekend for golf too.

Are you gents ready to start planning this smackdown for the fall?

If someone takes the lead I would be more than willing to help plan things. But for participation, I am definitely out. Our little one is due mid to end of Sept, so my time in the fall has been spoken for.

Ok Gentlemen , we are looking at the 18th & 19th Sept , Trillium woods , Belleville.
The course has not been reserved yet , and won't be until we get an appropriate number of players , that being 18 .
We'll have about a month or so to get players together , at which point we'll either go ahead with this , or scrap it.

So , formats and handicap restrictions are still being discussed ,and we are open to suggestions for both.
Also accomodations from the Ottawa end need to be discussed also (block booking or sort yourself out ?) and car pooling for those who need it.
For those of you who have never played in this tournament , its a blast. The TGN boys are a great bunch of lads and the weekend is alot of fun.
It would be a shame if we couldn't get this organised as i would love to lay another whoopin' on the TO boys .... Yee Haa ...

I have modified my travel plans to Maine. As a result, I'm in. My wife and I will use Belleville as our stop on the way to the USA. She will caddie for me during the tournament! No giggling. She's a damn fine caddie.
