an update on GREENGABLES PEI
I read last year about the course being rough, not what they were hoping for. With the great winter we had the course matured alot faster than I had ever hoped for. The course is in fantastic shape, I am lucky to have played all accross the country in 14national championships and Green gables now is as good as it gets. I was skepticle of the changes , I thought it might have opened too soon and to be honest really didn't impress me that much. That was then, For anyone traveling it is a must to play. I believe the par 3's are the best by a long shot in the country. my advice is to pick your tee's wisely , the back is a brute , the blue's will even challenge the low capers, good luck, TIM YORKE

The 4-pars are a brute into the wind. Don't ya just love a strong north wind on some of them holes? Ya, right.
Like he said, pick yer tee box real carefully. And watch for that cart girl. You don't wanna miss that."Golf is the only sport where the most feared opponent is you."
