An intro
I'm new to golf and this site. I started golfing late in the season last year and, after a couple of lessons this season, I'm hoping to play a ton of golf. If any of you are fans of walking the course early mornings on saturdays let me know.

Welcome. How's your game coming along so far? Have you seen a significant improvement after having lessons so early on?

The biggest thing I got from the lessons was learning a correct approach to striking the ball (like most people who start I wanted to hit a power shot every single time) and also what things I tend to do wrong. For example I tend to have my club face open up to much at the top of my backswing which give me a harder time squaring the face at impact. I'm still searching for consistancy, but the lesson did help for sure.

Welcome! I clearly need a lesson too.
