    Anybody seen this Newport before??

I have had this in my safe for a few years now and cant find any info on it. It is brand new, never touched the ground. Newport Mil spec oil can or gun metal finish. I have only seen this in the pro platinum. The folks at Tilteist wont give me any info unless I send it in. Any thoughts. Thanks and you guys have some great info here. It's not a Mil-Spec, it's a 33"/350g Art of Putting Newport in Oil Can. Scotty made 400 of the AOP Newports in 350g, 300 in Oil Can, and 100 in Gun Blue. Awesome putter.

    33/350 Oil Can

I've owned 3 of these putters and they are beautiful. If it is all original they usually fetch as much as $800-$900 but if it has been re-finished you are looking more around the $400-$500 area. Great putter and extremely fine milling on them. A lot of them were gamed but there are still a handful around that have never been gamed. Enjoy.

Yours has a stamp on the bottom of the hosel, looks like a C or a O, which is usually the sign of a putter that has been restored by Titleist and not the custom shop.

You are correct. It is stamped with an "O" What does that mean and I assume the value goes down quite a bit if Tilteist refinished instead of the custim shop. I have always collected camerons but only played with theand really didnt realize the different stampd and so forth. Any help on the value would br greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help
