Laguna 1.5

Picked up a new Laguna 1.5 this week and boy does it feel sweet. With the cold weather and the fact that I am in the middle of fencing my backyard, I won't be able to game this amazing putter for a week or so. The rolls on the carpet feel amazing so far. I definitely recommend this putter for anyone who is looking for a new flat stick.

I too was surprised at how great this putter is. We had a Cameron demo event the last week at the course so I was trying out a ton of the new sticks and this one is exceptional. I ended up buying the Squareback 2 and love the feel of it. It's slightly more solid feeling than the Laguna 1.5 which tends to have a crisper sound and feel. With that being said, I think I will buy a laguna this summer too.

The best part is the stamping on the heel and toe, it looks great at address.

Also not a fan.. the Cali stock covers however, are very nice!

Yeah the headcover looks cheap compared to the california series.

The Laguna does look good.. interested to see if they release the plumbers neck version like the one Davis Love III is rolling.. I just picked up a Cali Del Mar. Looking foward to having it in my hands.

I am seriously considering picking up the Cali Sonoma. I was rolling it in GT before the Laguna came out and I really liked the feel. I would have gotten that if they didn't come out with the Laguna.

I heard they are no planning on releasing the 2 but you never know.

Exactly.. I don't think there was a plan to release a squareback with a plumbers neck (sqaureback 2) either but did a year after the orginal squareback release..

Luv'n the Del Mar! I'll be keeping my eye for one next year one the price goes down.
