    Game improvement iron recommendations wanted

My manager has a set of Tommy Armour 845U Silverback ultra game improvement irons. His ball flight is way too high....he has lost distance from his previous set (unknown brand of blades). Recommendations wanted for a different set of irons....game improvement. On a good day, he shoots in the 90's....otherwise, it's over 100. His shots are all over the place....left and right mostly. I think that the shafts on the 845U are regular steel. With his SS, his shafts should be stiff (IMO ).

    Here are his current irons:

    Thanks.

Are you sure that the lofts on his old set are not stronger than his current set?

TM's game improvements. Try the Burners.

The Callaway Big Bertha series are a good option. Very forgiving and you can find the 2004 model for around $225.

I don't know much about his old set, except that they are muscle backed. With his high ball flight, I think that he needs irons that have a low ball flight, but are still forgiving.

Don't the BB have high ball flights due to their "shovel" like qualities?
