Ordered A New Set Of Clubs :D

So I went in to Don at Artisan Golf on Saturday for him to do a club fitting on me. I've been playing for two years now, starting my third, and I thought it was time that I get fitted and buy a set of my own clubs instead of using some crappy hand-me-down's my friend gave me. Spent 2 hours there for a full-fitting and it's really interesting to see how much a club can make a difference. I'd say I don't normally hit very far, and average around 220 with my driver, but I was hitting almost 250 with a driver he fitted for me (which I'm not buying just yet though).

Anyways, long story short, got fitted, Don's a really nice guy and I love his analyzer setup, and I ordered a 5-PW set of KZG irons with KBS shafts from him and a 3-wood. Definitely looking forward to taking them to the range in a week or so!

Denis, not to poo on your parade, but 250 in a screen or at the range?

You may poo on anything you want including my parade, just don't get any on me haha.
It was into a screen, however I hit a bunch of drives with my normal driver which I know for certain goes about 220 and that what it was recording as. Granted only 1 shot went 248, the majority of them with the fitted driver were going around 240. Still though, 20 yards is a decent amount, no?

Wow, 20 yrds. ! Can you tell us what your current driver set up is and let us in on what the difference is with the new set up. Also what is your swingspeed ?

Normally, a gain of 20 yrds. involves a straighter ball flight.

Also, can you update us when you get the new sticks.

    Congrads !

So I got some scanned documents sent to me about the fitting session. Here's the driver information:

    Current Driver: Nickent 9degree
    Ball Speed 129
    Clubhead Speed 92
    Launch Angle 15.6
    Distance 223
    Flight Time 6.4

The other driver (looks like FiF 460 9degree XT60/250/261
    Ball Speed 134
    Clubhead Speed 96
    Launch Angle 15.8
    Distance 238
    Flight Time 6.8
