Anyone know what is happening with this course? Did a Forum search and saw some comments from Dan et al last May. Recently heard that there is "another 18" waiting to open but there are issues with the City about water. Had a look at Google Maps and could not see another 18 there. Heard of some improvements too, but those may be the ones from last years posts. Also still hear it is for sale... $4.5 mil?

They've been talking about 'improvements' to this golf course forever but nothing ever seems to happen. A few years ago they started to build additional holes but then suddenly stopped. I still play it a few times a year if absolutely nothing else is available through Corporate Golf that weekend. And pretty much every time I wonder why we bothered...

I spoke to the owner a while ago and when building the new holes apparently they imported the dirt from the site on Innes road where the new Walmart went. Problem was, I was told, is that the city determined the dirt is somehow contaminated and they will not give appropriate permits to open. Last year they did some work to the clubhouse, and some of the ponds, for irrigatin and drainage, however they need more wrok.

I, like Apex play it a few times a year through Corportae because it is quick and close.

A little investment in terms of money and this could be a great track. IMO
