does anyone know what kind of epoxy and if special stuff where to get it? Looking to reshaft my hybrid and driver

Golfworks on Industrial for the epoxy. You also need ferrules. A heat source such as a heat gun,butane or propane. If your clubs have graphite shafts you need a graphite shaft puller. You also need to clean the hosel very thouroughly and abrade/tip the new shafts before reshafting.
